Knowing the difference between an inconvenience and an emergency
Most appliance issues can wait a day or two for a scheduled visit. A handful can't. A washing machine actively pouring water onto a laundry room floor, a refrigerator or freezer that's stopped cooling altogether, or a gas smell drifting from behind the stove are situations where every passing hour adds to the damage, the food loss, or the danger involved. Abaze Appliances Repair keeps a dedicated emergency line running across Alamogordo, NM for exactly these moments.
Emergency dispatch doesn't work like a standard appointment. Rather than scheduling a window days away, your call is prioritized the moment it comes in, and a technician equipped for what you've described is sent out with a target arrival of 60 minutes. Speed matters most in that first hour, when fast action can still head off the worst of the damage.
We built this service because no one in Alamogordo, NM should have to sit through a dangerous or damaging situation alone while waiting for regular business hours. Whether your call comes in at 2 in the afternoon or 2 in the morning, the response is the same.
